Goals Teaching the contemporary İslamic movements, their formation and develepment process, prominent representatives, structures of their organisations
Course Content The main concepts used to define contemporary islamic movements, Reactions of Muslims against Modernity and Western Civilisations, some internal and external factors preparing the emergence of contemporary islamic movements, Contemporary islamic movements in different islamic land
Learning Outcomes 1) Explaines the formation processe of contemporary islamic movements, similarities with each other, their representatives and views.
2) Discusses the effect of some problems of today's muslims on the contemprary islamic movements.
3) Analyzes religion's relation with politics in Islamic thought
