Goals To ensure a scientific viewpoint, in means of theorertical frameworks and emprical data of educational psychology, to the candidate teachers for the possible situations and problems that they will encounter thruoughout their career.
Course Content Basic issues in educational psychology, research methods, basic concepts in developmental psychology, factors effecting human development, cognitive development, personality development, basic concepts of learning psychology, factors effecting learning, information processing approach, motivation and cognition, behaviorist theories, Social cognitive theory,
Learning Outcomes 1) Comprehends the content and studies of Educational Psychology
2) Knows the theoretical approaches in Educational Psychology and evaluates the differences between them
3) Evaluates various aspects of child and adolescence development.
4) Knows methodology of Educational Psychology
5) Can generate solutions for problems from an Educational Psychological perspective
