Goals Teaching scientific improvements in Islamic Civilisation. Showing their influences on contemporary scientific situation.
Course Content Scientifical approach on Islamic Civilization. Scientific Inventions in İslamic History. Muslim Scientists.
Learning Outcomes 1) Dünya Uygarlık tarihinde, bilimin geçirdiği evreleri öğrenir.
2) Çin,Hindistan,OrtaAsya,Mısır,Yunan Roma bilim tarihi hakkında bilgi sahibi olur.
3) Matematik,Astronomi,Fizik,Kimya,Biyoloji,Coğrafya,Tıp,Teknik,Tarih alanlarında Müslüman bilim adamlarının katkılarını öğrenir.
4) Osmanlılarda bilim konusunu, bilim adamlarının çalışmalarından hareketle öğrenir.
5) Bilimsel bilginin özelliklerini kavrar.
6) İslam ve bilim ilişkisini değerlendirecek bir alt yapı oluşturur.
