Goals This course aims to make students be aware of the importance of the measurement and evaluation in education. Introduction to the basic concepts of the measurement and evaluation and to help them gain the necessary skills in the process of the measurement.
Course Content Basic Concepts of Measurement, Qualifications to be found in measurement tools, Measurement tools used in education, Statistical process on measurement results
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines the basic concepts of measurement and evaluation.
2) Explains the required qualifications of a measurement tools.
3) Being aware of the necessity of measurement and evaluation in education.
4) Manages the test planning process.
5) Classifies the measuring instruments which are used in education.
