Goals The aim of this course is; helping the person to recognize himself / herself, helping him / her to recognize the environment and harmonize with his / her environment, introducing the basic concepts and theories in the process of development of the latent forces at the highest level, and acquiring the skills needed in this area.
Course Content Concept of Guidance; purposes, principles, historical development service areas, types of guidance; communication in guidance; guided organization system
Learning Outcomes 1) Explain the concept of guidance, the purpose and principles of guidance.
2) Guidance recognizes service areas.
3) List the types of guidance.
4) Discuss Psychological Counseling Theories.
5) Explains the Organization and Personnel Relationship in Guidance Services.
