About Program
Public Health Nursing master's program with thesis trains specialist nurses by providing undergraduate nursing graduates with a higher level of knowledge and skills in the field of public health nursing. In addition, it contributes to the scientific development of nursing. It trains academicians who will respond to the need for teaching staff in undergraduate schools. The program includes compulsory and elective courses for the acquisition of public health nursing competencies. Students can also choose courses from other departments, institutes or universities. The language of the program is Turkish.
Goals
In this program, the student gains knowledge in the field of public health nursing, to transfer the knowledge of public health nursing to the field of practice, to access the information in the field, to evaluate the information critically, and to contribute to the field by making scientific research. This program trains public health nursing specialists who are competent in education and research in the field of public health nursing.
