New as well as classical theoretical knowledge in connection with the contemporary developments that covers the subjects of general bacteriology, bacterial and mycotic diseases of domestic animals, immunology, molecular microbiology, poultry diseases and veterinary epidemiology should be taught to post-graduate students.

To train and educate scientists and researchers who will be specialised in the Discipline of Microbiology that covers the subjects of general bacteriology, bacterial and mycotic diseases of domestic animals, immunology, molecular microbiology, poultry diseases and veterinary epidemiology.

New as well as classical theoretical knowledge in connection with the contemporary developments in the subjects that are related to Veterinary Microbiology should be taught to post-graduate students.
