About Program
Starting in the 1949-1950 academic year seminary education in sociology began to be given. In the second class also has been given to the sociology of religion courses. Were the first graduates of the Divinity Faculty. Graduate has continued to provide training.
Goals
The aim of this program is to explain the basic concepts of Sociology
of Religion deeply, to consider the relevant literatüre, and reflection of
societal perceptions of religion, to provides an analysis of social and
religious groups.
Summary of Program Outcomes
He/She contribute to scientific studies in related fields by
performing and original work, programme and project; discuss the relationships
between religions and improve culture of living together; make publish about
the History of Religions at national/international level; consider the
principlas of faith and rituals by comparing them; reviews the social and cultural
implications of religious perception.
