About Program
Islamic history PhD programme examine the political, social and cultural events occurred throughout about 1450 years in Islamic history. After examination of the main subjects of İslamic history and handling of events and activities occured around the Turkish history and civilization through this program. Thus, students gain a historical and chronological perspective and they get the ability to read archival documents
Goals
The aim of Ph.D. programme of history of Islam is to train talented senior researchers of critical thinking skills who produce advanced level information in this field and contribute to field with original works and share them at the national and international circles.
