About Program
The Phd Programme starts after an entrance interview
examination and a language qualification examination. The Phd Programme in
Public Law consists of three steps; a one-year lecture process, a competence
examination and finally a phd thesis process.
Goals
The aim of public law phd programme is to give the opportunity to a student graduated from LLM to make research in a specific public law issue comprehensively and thereby specialize in public law, consequently grant the degree of doctora in public law.
Summary of Program Outcomes
A student graduating from public law phd programme successfully is expected to have sufficient, original and specialized information in public law issues. The programme provides the competence required in settlement of public matters effecting social life and the competence to take place in political decision making processes.
