LLM Programme in Public Law conducts educational programme to give the student opportunity to have comprehensive information in public law subjects. The programme consists of lessons providing the student specialization in public law area and a process of thesis.

 

The basic aim of the programme is to teach the student how to carry out scientific research independently in public law issues. Through the methods of scientific research to gain the ability of writing an original work, to be prepared to next grade (phd) are expected from the student in the context of the programme. To give the opportunity to the student to publish the scientific work prepared during the programme is one of the other aims of the public law LLM programme.

The LLM Programme in Public Law provides the qualification to make a systematical and theoretical assessment using the information of public law and relevant areas and after considering the results of this assessment, the programme provides the qualification to come to an original and new conclusion.
