This program will provide basic knowledge and skills about the history of Turkish and Islamic Arts. Also this program follow a training program which is able to produce this information using national and international level. this area of the subject include starting from Central Asian Turkish art and all Turks art and  art forms of all nations involved in the Islamic geography.

The purpose of the program , is to educate individuals sensitive to human society, the environment and the arts, understood the importance of the development of the arts in society, must be in the desire and effort  having the material and moral qualifications required by the field, having a dicipline is based on scientific approach, growing citizens who are creative, productive and using modern teaching methods.

-Using of theoretical and practical knowledge at the level of expertise gained in the field ; a problem in the field, regardless of editing, solutions development, solving, analyzing the results and apply and to be able to critically evaluate the information about the area, to be able to direct learning.
