About Program
The graduate programs in the Department of Chemical Engineering got started
in 1943 under the Faculty of Science and Master’s degree has been issued to those who
have completed the fifth year of education until the year 1982. Since then master’s
and doctorate programs have been pursued under the Institute of Natural and
Applied Sciences.
Goals
The aim of the program is to train students to become; aware of the novel and emerging applications of chemical engineering profession, able to access and evaluate information through scientific research, able to design experimental-based research and envision systems that can produce innovative solutions, able to present the results of their thesis study in a systematic manner in national and international environments, capable of transmitting the results to the benefit of the society, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams and concerned about ethical values in all professional, social and scientific activities.
Summary of Program Outcomes
