Management and Strategy The aim of the Master's program without thesis is to increase the competencies in strategic analysis, planning and control processes that guide the institutions by understanding the structure and processes of the target organizations. to understand the system of values that affect the behavior of individuals and groups, which are essential elements of institutions, to analyze the reasons and consequences of behavior; to design and implement human resources policies in line with the requirements of the times.


The program, case studies, management exercises and tests are enriched with examples from different sectors.
