About Program
According to Stephens, Silivan-French, French & Kinnison, (2011), individuals with disabilities are affected by physical fitness and motor development related to health, have higher levels of obesity, attendance of community-based sport is lower when compared to their peers. Physical education classes can be used to solve these problems for the disabled individual.
The concept of "f" in our country is a carefully designed Physical Education curriculum based on comprehensive measures to gain free activity, recreational and sporting experiences enriched throughout their lives, while enabling individuals with disabilities to feel physically fit and fit. This program is the art and science of observation, practice and development. Thus, it was attempted to explain the needs of individuals who have differences by adapting physical education, not a specific cut-off of physical education practices.
Goals
With the thesis graduate program, students will be required to meet the needs of this field scientist by giving them the competencies of using scientific research methods in the field of "Physical Education and Sports for People with Disabilities", and applying and interpreting, implementing and maintaining their professional career as a leader.
Summary of Program Outcomes
Based on the master's qualifications, He/She searches for new information about physical education and sports field, analyzes new approaches, produces solutions for living problems, follows major magazines in the field, uses the information on the field, designs projects, research and publish.
