Departments of Banking and Insurance had been part of the School of Economics and Administrative Sciences until Beypazarı Vocational School was established in 1996. Departments of Banking and Insurance have been combined in 2010-2011 education year. In 2010-2011 education year, the department name change as Finance-Banking and Insurance Department. It is taught craft knowledge, theory and also organized seminar, conference, contact meeting under the name of sector meeting with specialists. We have qualified and experienced teaching staff. Specialist can give lecture for per hour payment when needed. It has been transferred to the Ankara Unıversity, Faculty of Open and Distance Education in the 2020-2021 academic year.   

It is aimed to train staffs that are educated with professional knowledge, have got legal and technical information about banking and insurance and can serve in banking and insurance sector..

Graduates have basic information about management, law, accounting-finance and science of economy; have basic and practice information about Banking-Insurance; have knowledge about component of national and international system in Bank-Insurance sector and implementation of sectorial policies.
