Department of Performing Arts, Singing, Master's Program with Thesis, has been structured on the main areas of the education of singing with a strong scientific background. The Master Program focuses on theorical studies and practices in education of singing according to individual needs and also concantrates on singing technique, acting and stage techniques, structure, operation and effects of enhancing music, opera and singing culture.

The aim of the program is to improve voice, role and acting skills of artist / candidates of artist educators in the field of singing to provide competence in technical and musical terms. The Program also aims to educate researchers who can conduct academic studies and write academic essays through using scientific methods as a commentator / opera artist and academician.

Students graduated from the program gain the competency both in developing themselves academically and in continuing their academic studies in the field of singing education as well as they develop the interpretation of national and international singing repertory works with vocal technique. They also specialize in academic studies on singing education.
