Due to the fact that pediatric surgeons can interfere with multiple systems, endoscopic methods for all kinds of diseases in medical and surgical treatment of all systems have been developed and continued to develop. It is undoubtedly a fact that endoscopic approaches, which are the sine qua non of diagnosis and treatment, will be developed as a separate branch after being equipped with multisystemic intervention authority alone. Endoscopic surgery with its approach, anesthesia, equipment, team training and training in a different discipline will also facilitate the transition of academicians to robotic surgery and other endoscopic accesses in the near future. In addition, the training provided will help as a fundamental force in adaptation to developments in endoscopic interventions that develop rapidly in the world.

Although pediatric surgeons have basic competencies in endoscopic surgery during their specialization training, the infrastructure, technical facilities, number of trainers and education level of the clinic they are receiving, number of assistants, number of cases, case diversity and other multidisciplinary cases and initiatives In case of lack of units to support postoperative care and morbidity treatment, it cannot be trained as a fully equipped specialist. In this program, it is aimed to educate academicians or service physicians scientists who have the infrastructure that can be both qualified and practically equipped by making them more equipped and experienced in terms of profession and skill and can be competent trainers if necessary. At the same time, they will create the infrastructure to switch to doctoral programs which are likely to be opened in the future. Not only technicians, but the process, equipment, working principles, physics rules, engineering principles, light technology, digital developments, computer networks and technology to educate physicians to be the only technicians who use these devices to develop this field only to be dependent on engineers and technical staff and manufacturers It will make it possible to sign new inventions by physicians who work and do the job and know their patients and diseases. Beyond everything else, the assurance of our future will be ensured in the treatment of our children, and all kinds of endoscopic surgical procedures will be provided to the upper level human beings who can perform both theoretically and practically in the upper level.

Within the scope of the program, children will have theoretical and practical knowledge in endoscopic surgery and endoscopy applications. Students gain competence in multisystemic and minimally invasive approach in the field. In this area, new surgical procedures will be developed, product development, project planning, and then competence in training people who will be interested in this process.
