Thesis master's program in midwifery, educates midwives who gain specialized  level of midwifery knowledge and skills, contribute to the scientific development of the profession by conducting research in the light of scientific principles, and respond to the needs of lecturers in higher education institutions that provide midwifery education.

Mission: Educating internationally expert midwives who have advanced midwifery basic knowledge and skills, and an ability to research in the light of scientific principles. Vision: Educating professional and expert midwives who can increase midwifery knowledge and skills with the help of leadership qualities in professionalism, approach the group they serve holistically, work in cooperation with a multidisciplinary team, take an active role in midwifery education, management and research, and in the end, educate professional and expert midwives.

Master of midwifery graduates; have up-to-date theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of midwifery at the level of expertise, provides midwifery services to women, families and the society that protect and improve health, treat and rehabilitate diseases, critically evaluate proven data and innovative developments in the field and transfer them to their applications, can plan and carry out researches that will constitute evidence in their field, can define the problems of the midwifery profession and develop appropriate strategies and policies in cooperation with colleagues and other professionals to solve these problems, depends on ethical principles and is open to lifelong development.
