The aim of the program is to equip students with academic knowledge about political science; sociology; administrative science; urban and environmental sciences; comparative political systems; comparative management; history of political thought; political, sociological and psychological aspects of the formation and movement ; Turkey's political history ; Turkey's constitutional order; Turkey's administrative order; public personnel regime.

Identify theoretical and methodological aproachs of the social sciences in general. Formulate the basics of Political Science and Public Administration from theoretical, historical and actual aspects. Formulate the basics of Political Science and Public Administration methodologically. Define historical and actual issues from political and psychological aspects.
