The program, which aims to provide students with theoretical and practical equipment within the framework of Business Administration, aims to provide students with a vision and competitive power at national and international levels. Efforts are made to raise students who complete the undergraduate program as individuals who are equipped with the knowledge and skills required by business science, have strong communication skills, analysis and synthesis skills, and have modern, entrepreneurial and leadership qualities. The program aims to prepare and train human resources equipped with business, entrepreneurship and management knowledge and skills in accordance with the contemporary requirements of business life. The Business Administration Department curriculum, structured accordingly, has been prepared to be completed in 4 years and 8 semesters. In addition to the compulsory courses that must be taken every semester, students can take elective courses related to the fields they are interested in. The department's curriculum has gained a structure that is flexible and open to innovations and developments, especially with the help of elective courses. Students who entered university in 2010 or later must take 30% of their courses in English. Thus, it is aimed for students to gain the skills to understand at least one language very well, to read and write, and to follow international business literature.

PA5: To graduate individuals who can demonstrate constructive group work, with awareness of the importance of cooperation in society. PA6 To bring into working life people who are aware of their responsibilities towards society, have social awareness and high ethical values. PA7 To produce graduates who can contribute to future economic and business policies by following past and ongoing economic and legal developments. PA8 To provide our graduates with the ability and sensitivity to follow the reflections of technological developments in their fields and to adapt to developments.
