About Program

The educational activities maintains in order to train specialists, the aim of the educational activities is to train experts who can assist in the identification of individuals who have been killed and have become skeletalized over a sufficiently long period, by examining the skeletal remains of missing persons, as well as experts who can assist forensic authorities and law enforcement agencies in the identification of disaster victims.

Goals

The forensic anthropology master's program aims to train qualified personnel to provide scientific and technical support for the identification of skeletal remains found in natural disasters, terrorist incidents, or mass graves, including the determination of the biological profile, cause of death, time since death, and identification of pathological and traumatic findings. The program's faculty consists of professionals with diverse backgrounds selected from various disciplines and experienced scientists who have served in the field of forensic medicine, maintaining active academic careers.
