Goals To teach how characteristic features of Northeastern(Sibirian) Turkish Dialects developed and their relation with other dialect groups.
Course Content After explaining the Northeastern(Sibirian) Turkish Dialects, their recent situations and relation with other native langıages, its place and relation with other Turkish dialects are taught within linguistic norms. Linguistic features that consist Northeastern(Sibirian) Turkish Dialects are explained. Their different features are showed. Development of the basic grammar categories of Northeastern(Sibirian) Turkish Dialects and its relation with other dialect groups are explained.
Learning Outcomes 1) The student knows the languages/dialects used and also their language family in Siberia.
2) The student knows the place of Northeastern(Sibirian) Turkish Dialects in classification studies of Turkish Dialects.
3) The student can explain the characteristic features of Northeastern(Sibirian) Turkish Dialects.
4) The student knows the various grammar categories in Northeastern(Sibirian) Turkish Dialects.
5) The student knows the vocabulary belonging these dialects.
