Goals To teach enables the students the rules of grammar of Ottoman Turkish, to read historical texts.
Course Content This is the lesson in which the grammar of Ottoman Turkish is worked out.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learns the basic grammar of the Ottoman Turkish.
2) Understands the structure of Arabic and Persian elements in Ottoman Turkish.
3) Reads Ottoman Turkish simple texts written in Arabic script.
4) Transfers Turkish text with Latin alphabet to Turkish writing system in Arabic script.
