Goals To introduce students to the main issues of heritage, family, punishment, debts and property law through the principles and principles of Islamic law
Course Content The main sources and methodology of Islamic Law and the basic issues of heritage, family, punishment, debts and property law
Learning Outcomes 1) Those who are familiar with the subject matter of the course namely the Qur’an, the Tradition of the Prophet, Consessus and Analogy as the fundamental sources of deriving
2) Understand the natüre and process of the development of Islamic law
3) Comprehend the historical development of the methodology
4) Possible reason of the differences of opinions and rise of various schools of law in consequence
