Goals to teach Theoretical basis of İslamic Philosophy and uniqueness of İslamic Philosophy, to give conceptual background of İslamic Philosophy. In addition to metaphysical issues to provide detailed overview to Islamic politics, ethics, law and economy.
Course Content Definition of İslamic Philosophy, its main issues, Pioneers of İslamic Philosophers and Influences of İslamic Philosophy on other thoughts.
Learning Outcomes 1) “İslam Felsefesi” tabirinin içeriğini bilimsel bir tarzda bilir.
2) İslam’da felsefî düşüncenin kaynaklarını bilir.
3) İslam felsefi düşüncesinde üretilen ontolojik, kozmolojik, ahlaki ve epistemolojik teorileri bilir.
4) Felsefi teorileri, kelamî ve dinî öğretilerle eşleştirir.
5) İslam felsefi düşüncesinin Batı düşüncesine etkilerini bilir.
6) Öğrenilen teorileri bilimsel bir yolla aktarabilir.
