Goals Giving to the students Interpretation of the Qur'an and its interpretation methods in the history. Again, the theoretical and functional aspects of the interpretation of the methods that occurred in the history are discussed
Course Content Tafsir narrations that shaped the first forms of interpretation, later emerged linguistic studies, ‘rivaya’ and ‘diraya’ styles and their kinds. At the same time, dealing with the problems that a person faces with the Quranic texts and tafsir methodology that tries to find solutions of these problems
Learning Outcomes 1) Learns the perception of the person who meets with the Qur'anic text
2) Learns the general information about the approaches of the prominent names in the Quranic interpretation from one century to the other.
3) Learns the differences of interpretation which arise from the differences in the approach of Qur'an.
