Goals The main aim of the course is to familiarize students with both content, style and analysis processes of the Islamic Literature by reading passages from the main texts.
Course Content Examining the basic texts of Islamic Literature, especially fiqh, tafsir, hadith and literature, constitutes the content of the course.
Learning Outcomes 1) Those who are familiar with the subject matter of the course namely the Qur’an, the Tradition of the Prophet, Consessus and Analogy as the fundamental sources of deriving
2) Understand the natüre and process of the development of Islamic law
3) Comprehend the historical development of the methodology
4) Possible reason of the differences of opinions and rise of various schools of law in consequence
