Goals With this course, students textiles, textile fibers and yarns are targeted to be knowledgeable about technology. During the course of the fibers of the fiber structure classification, chemical, physical structures of fibers, cotton yarn, yarn numbering systems are given information about.
Course Content Classification and basic properties of the fibers. Natural fibers, seeds, fibers (cotton), yarn preparatory processes and machines. Combed cotton yarns. Comparison of combed and carded yarns.
Learning Outcomes 1) Identification of the fiber forming the basis of Textile Technology, the internal structure of the fibers, explaining the basic features, classification of textile fibers, synthesis of natural fibers students, production techniques of synthetic fibers, standards of natural fibers is to provide information to the grip on usage and sales preparation.
2) Explain the textile fibers.
3) Can the definition of yarn and production methods.
