Goals To evaluate the characteristics of epidemiological research methods by understanding basic principles and usage areas of epidemiology, and to gain research knowledge and skills.
Course Content Definition, history and application areas of epidemiology. Epidemiological criteria. Classification of epidemiological methods. Causality, risk measures, side-by-side. Descriptive research. Analytical investigations. Experimental investigations. Methodological research.
