Goals The aim of this course is to learn the principles of health promotion at all health care levels, to gain knowledge and skills for health promotion in life stages from newborn to the end of life, and to be able to use health promotion methods in nursing practices.
Course Content This course covers the student's learning the principles of health promotion at all health care levels, gaining knowledge and skills for health promotion in life stages from newborn to end of life, and methods for health promotion.
Learning Outcomes 1) Explains the principles for the development of health in all levels of health care.
2) Understand the role of public health nurses in health promotion.
3) Apply the role of public health nurses in the development of lifelong health.
4) By age group gain knowledge and skills for the development of health.
5) In all levels of health care , reflects the methods used to improve health to nursing practices.
