Course Content identification of molecular methods
Learning Outcomes 1) They will learn the creation and use of gene libraries and cDNA libraries. They will see the steps required for the expression of cloned genes.
2) Ability to perform PCR, MS-PCR, RT- PCR and simultaneous PCR applications
3) They will examine hybridization technologies. They will learn the usage areas of in vitro cloning methods such as PCR, R.T PCR, and quantitative PCR.
