Goals Introduction of anthropology and its lower branches, place among disciplines, characteristics of people, factors that prevent the development of science. The development process of anthropology and the development of physical anthropology in Turkey and the global problems of man and science will be discussed.
Course Content This course focuses on the development of physical anthropology in the world and gives information about the development and the studies done in our country. Examples about the studies done in the field of Physical Anthropology are given and basic methods are explained.
Learning Outcomes 1) In this lesson, anthropology and its branches are learned.
2) The place of anthropology in the world of science is understood.
3) Learns the development of science.
4) Development of physical anthropology in Turkey.
5) Short history of anthropology.
