Goals The aim of the course is to teach the students the basic knowledge and principles of public finance.
Course Content The course consists of the subjects of public expenditures, government revenues, taxes, general principles of government borrowing, budgetary processes, local governments' expenditure and revenues.
Learning Outcomes 1) Have knowledge about public finance and its theories
2) Have knowledge about government spending, revenue, taxes and governmnet debt
3) Have knowledge about local goverment finance
4) Have ability to interpret the daily subject related to public finance.
