Goals Adopting the relationship between hearing loss and genetics
Course Content Basic concepts of genetics, genetics of hearing loss, diagnostic methods in genetic hearing loss, interpretation of genetic results will be explained to the students with examples.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learning basic genetic concepts
2) Understanding the relationship between audiology and genetics
3) To recognize the genetic hearing loss and ensure that the patient is guided correctly
4) Understanding of scientific articles and researches on hearing loss and genetics
5) To learn the studies done in Turkey and in the world in the field of audiology and genetics
