Goals The general framework of biomedical ethics is aimed to introduce the basic principles, to identify and examine basic ethical problems.
Course Content Definition and scope of biomedical ethics, the relationship between biomedical ethics and ethics-value-bioethics, the philosophical origins of biomedical ethics, basic approaches in biomedical ethics, the main biomedical problems, abortion, organ transplantation, ethical problems in scientific research, Biomedical ethical and legal framework
Learning Outcomes 1) Define ethics, bioethics and biomedical ethics.
2) Tıp uygulamasında ortaya çıkan temel etik sorun kümelerini bilir.
3) Recognizes the general subject content of biomedical ethics.
4) Establishes a link between basic ethical approaches and biomedical ethics.
