Goals To understand the basic principles of research and publication
Course Content Basic definitions, scientific misconceptions in publication ethics, unethical examples not originate from the author, piracy in terms of publishing ethics, plagiarism in terms of publishing ethics, falsification in terms of publication ethics, gift authorship in terms of publication ethics, salamization in terms of publication ethics, citation, publication bias, national and international regulations on publication ethics
Learning Outcomes 1) To define the concept of sloppy research
2) To define the concept of scientific fraud
3) To know unethical examples not originate from the author
4) To define piracy, plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, gift authorship, publication bias
