Goals The aim of the lecture is to understand the dicipline of anthropology's point of view on ethical matters and to try to explain an issue, a case or a phenomenon according to this point of view with a holistic perspective.
Course Content Principles of ethical rules to be followed in anthropological studies
Learning Outcomes 1) Explain the development of molecular anthropology and understand the genetic material in the cell
2) Learn the relationship between various biological specimens and DNA potentials and learn biochemical properties of DNA (aDNA) of the past
3) Learn the content of aDNA studies at individual, family and community level
4) Students will have knowledge of the reliability of the DNA of the past
5) Students will have knowledge of ethical and legal issues in past DNA studies
