Goals Provide knowledge on the subject of grapevine biodiversity and conversation and identification methods on the germplasm in Turkey.
Course Content Biodiversity and introduction to grapevine germplasm of Turkey, Conservation methods of grapevine genetic resources, national and regional collections. Descriptors for grapevine, Identification studies of grapevine genetic resources in Turkey.
Learning Outcomes 1) Have knowledge national grapevine germplasm based on wild types and cultivated grapes.
2) Provide theoretical and practical knowledge for grapevine germplasm identification methods
3) Have knowledege on genetical identification methods.
