Course Content General bacteriology, characteristics of plant pathogenic bacteria and diognostic methods
Learning Outcomes 1) .Learns taxonomical, morphological and physiological characteristics and environmental interactions of plant pathogenic bacteria. In addition learns symptoms, dispersion, diagnosis, isolation and inoculation methods and storage of plant pathogenic bacteria.
2) .Knows host parasite interactions of plant pathogenic bacteria
3) .Gains skills related to description, isolation, pathogenicity and some biochemical tests
