Goals Provide to think as academic/scientific in geology, understand and describe geological structures, provide to understand geotectonic events and encourage presenting presentation and writing paper in structural geology
Course Content Introduction to advanced structural geology, Classification of geologic structures, Brittle rock deformation, Joints, Faults and faulting, Ductile rock deformation, Folds and folding, Foliation, lineation and boudinage, Geotectonics, Seminars in structural geology, Field studies in structural geology
Learning Outcomes 1) Advanced structural geology

3) Makes the crack / shear fracture identification. Analyzes and interprets such structures
