Goals To comprehend the essential concepts of biochemistry and biomolecules' properties by experiments and observations.
Course Content Basics of Biochemistry and properties of biomolecules
Learning Outcomes 1) Expains the buffer systems of the living organisms, and prepares buffer solutions.
2) Determines biomolecules and some of the minerals in the organism, qualitatively and quantitatively.
3) Analyzes the pigments of the photosynthesis event by using several methods.
4) Determines the catalytic activities of some enzymes taking role in disease diagnosis.
