Goals The aim of the class is to study overall structure of Turkish economy. Students learn the usage of economic parameters and theorems which is got from prior classes, and seen how to use of them to determine and understand of economic problems of their country. They get ability which parameter use when a country's economy is analyzed, and how to interpret them. At the end of the class, they learn and interpret Economy of Turkey with events by decades, and have ability to compare main parameter with other countries.
Course Content Economy of Turkey is examined as a whole, and within the historical development. When it is examined a country's economy, it is explanied parameters that deal with economical developments are described from the proclamation to Republic in Turkey as periods. It is assessed recent figrues related to Turkey economics.
Learning Outcomes 1) To have ability to evaluate in terms of Turkish Economy that learned knowledge from prior agricultural courses.
2) To get information on the situation of Turkey in the world agriculture, world economy and trade.
3) It constantly updates information about the country's natural resource potential and production structure.
