Goals In this course it is aimed to bring students proficiency of defining the terms related to real rights, real estate, ownership, mortgage, and commenting on the related laws, agreements and regulations.
Course Content The concept of ownership, it’s content, it’s subject and it’s extent, kinds of ownership, shared ownership (joint ownership) and cooperation ownership (co- ownership), acquisition and loss of real estate ownership, extent of real estate ownership, restriction of real estate ownership, responsibility of real estate possessors, restricted in rem benefits on the real estate, appurtenance, kinds of easements: establishing easements, arbitraments of appurtenance, mortgage of real estate, prevailing principles of mortgaging real estate, mortgage: establishing mortgage, it’s features, mortgaging benefits arising from law: mortgage bonds and annuity bonds, real estate load
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines the main terms about real estate law.
2) Comments on the responsibilities of real estate ownership and real rights.
3) Describes real estate mortgage and related principles.
4) Describes easements and kinds of easements.
5) Describes mortgage rights and its features.
