2 ÜPY2 To carry out qualified interdisciplinary research that contributes to science and art at a universal level, respecting ethical values, on the path to becoming an innovative university
3 ÜPY3 Being the first university of the Republic, with the awareness of social responsibility, it provides services that are sensitive to the problems of the country, considerate the public interest, and contribute to the development and development of the country and the city in which it lives, as an employee of the kitchen of ideas.
4 BPY1 Possessing in-depth knowledge and expertise in the fields of Science, Engineering, Agriculture, and Interdisciplinary studies; effectively presenting academic knowledge in professional environments both in written and verbal form; using skills and knowledge with a sense of social responsibility to contribute to the development of society and the country; acquiring knowledge of new technologies and innovative concepts through lifelong learning and applied analysis.
5 BPY2 Being able to conduct independent research, participate in national and international projects, prioritize environmental awareness in research, possess an entrepreneurial perspective, contribute to national technology and production through industry-focused projects, adhere to ethical rules in research, undertake theses at a universal level, produce publications in nationally and internationally recognized high-impact journals, and develop verbal and written communication skills to enhance the recognition of our University in national and international scientific platforms.
6 PY1 Ability to approach real estate sciences from different perspectives (such as valuation, financing, development, owner, investment analysis, operator and user), work with experts from different disciplines, and make versatile analysis and evaluation.
7 PY2 To identify problems that may be the subject of research in the field, to evaluate the literature on the field at national and international levels, and to develop research suggestions based on the literature.
8 PY3 To have foundation about technical, economic and legal issues in areas such as real estate asset and business valuation, land development and project valuation, project and construction management, real estate investments and financing, real estate economics and management, taxation, urban transformation, conservation policies, zoning-cadastre-expropriation-consolidation areas.
9 PY4 To develop strong and scientific solution methods for study subjects or real-world problems by assimilating the legal and institutional structure, principles, methods and application approaches related to real estate sciences.
10 PY5 To be able to use individual and team working skills at national and international levels, to provide consultancy and to provide expert reports and opinions independently.
11 PY6 To be able to carry out scientific and technical research, synthesize and apply the acquired knowledge.

19 PY14 Ability to work in all institutions in different sub-branches such as real estate and asset valuation specialist, real estate investment and finance specialist, credit rating specialist, real estate and asset management specialist, project development and management specialist, construction management specialist, facility and resource management specialist.
20 PY15 To contribute to the formation of qualified human and researcher resources, which are insufficient despite the rapid development of real estate development expertise in our country, and to take an active role in the planning and execution of theoretical and applied research projects.
