Course Content	To give general information about the meeting and of course, rules of social order and the rule of law, sources and classification of legal rules, constitutional principles and fundamental rights and duties, private law and public law division, branch and hierarchy of norms, emergency and basic law on disaster management regulations, emergency and law-related disaster management, emergency and regulations related to disaster management, emergency and decrees related to disaster management, Cabinet decisions and regulations, emergency and instructions related to disaster management, Circulars, Communiqués, Term Paper presentations
