Goals The purpose of the lecture is to inform the students about the basic concepts of law, to set up the relationship between law and education and to make the educational regulations be understood.
Course Content 1. Meeting and giving information about about the course 2. Consepts of education and law 3. Basic law 4. Basic law (Cont.) 5. The place and the scope of educational law in the law system. 6. The history and the development perspectives of educational law. 7. National legal basics of the right to education. 8. International legal basics of the right to education. 9. Childrens rights and the Convention on the Rights of Children 10. Protection of children from the child abuse and neglect 11. Protection of the children from school delinquency (crime) and school bullying 12. Personel discipline in education system 13. Student discipline in education system 14. The activity of the analyse educational regulations 13.the regulations of education.
