Goals At the end of the course, students are expected to learn basic concepts, models, theories, approaches, and techniques of vocational guidance and career counselling, and to develop skills in order to use them in vocational guidance and career counselling services.

Learning Outcomes 1) Explain main competencies of career psychological counsellors.
2) Use career counselling terms correctly.
3) Use helping skills competantly.
4) Use the appropriate career counselling techniques during helping process.
5) Use national and international career information systems.
6) Assess aptitude, interest, personality and career values of clients
7) Develop and use school related career development programmes.
