Goals The purpose of this course is to provide an understanding of individual and group behavior in work settings and show their impact on organizational and employee performance and creating a peaceful work environment.
Course Content Scope and Importance of Organizational Behavior / Frequently Studied Variables in Organizational Behavior/Conceptual Framework of Current Topics in Organizational Behavior / Research Methods in Organizational Behavior / Organizational Justice, Organizational Trust and Psychological Contract/ Organizational Commitment, Organizational Identification and Organizational Citizenship Behavior/ Organizational Alienation, Loneliness in Organizational Life/ Counterproductive Work Behaviors / Organizational Cynicism/ Whistleblowing /Organizational Silence/Power and Politics in Organizations/Organizational Conflict Management/
Learning Outcomes 1) Knows the importance of interpersonal skills in the workplace.
