Goals To be able to define cancer stem cells and biology; To learn the place of cancer vaccines and cancer stem cells in treatment.
Course Content Cancer stem cells, theory and hypothesis, characterization, signaling pathways, place in treatment methods; cancer vaccines, cancer stem cell therapies
Learning Outcomes 1) Define carcinogenesis process and cancer stem cell hypothesis
2) Define cancer stem cell pathways and their role in cancer
